Surrey Police said the crash, which happened in Merstham, shortly before 06:30 BST, involved an Audi and the driver of a VW, who was out of his vehicle at the time. | |
A man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene and his next of kin have been informed, the force said. | |
Following the crash, a man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. | |
