Thieves armed with handguns and a baton robbed business premises in north Belfast on Friday evening. Army experts have carried out controlled explosions on two vans abandoned in west Belfast following an armed robbery on Friday.
Five men entered the premises on Westbank Drive off Dargan Road at 1910 GMT. They escaped in two white transit vans used by the company. Five men armed with handguns and a baton entered business premises on Westbank Drive off Dargan Road in north Belfast at 1910 GMT.
The vehicles were later found in Colinpark Street and Pollard Street off the Springfield Road in west Belfast. They escaped in two white transit vans used by the company.
