Yvonne and Stephen Mould, owners of Hyne Town House, said in a statement that the "isolated incident" had had "a profound impact". | |
They said: "Staff, residents and their families alike are deeply upset by what has happened. | |
"Our grief at the loss of one of our residents is immeasurable." | |
They added that "deepest sympathy" went to the dead woman's son and "sympathies also go out to the family of the gentleman concerned". | |
