Millie died in hospital on 11 December, less than 24 hours after suffering what was described as a horrific attack. Family and friends followed her white coffin into the church, carried by her grandfather, Edward Martin, and followed by her mother, Rachel.
Her mother's partner, Barry McCarney, 30, of Glebe Park, Enniskillen has been charged with murder. Reverend Henry Blair told mourners the toddler brought "a smile to everyone".
Millie's family have requested privacy during the funeral proceedings. He said that she was "very much alive in heaven, not an angel, not a star, she's Millie".
