Mr Nasri, who was detained at an address in Wembley, is now the fourth person to be arrested over the death. Mr Nasri was charged along with another man, 37-year-old Roger Lesley, and both will appear before magistrates on Thursday, Scotland Yard said.
Two other men have been charged with her murder and a third man is currently being questioned. Two other men have previously been charged with her murder.
