Jevgenijs Maksimovs, from Ipswich, was arrested on Tuesday night and is due before the town's magistrates later. Latvian national Jevgenijs Maksimovs, 36, from Hayhill Road in Ipswich, was arrested on Tuesday night.
The body found on farmland off the B1120 near Brabling Green, has been identified as Jurijs Baklasovs, 43, a Latvian national staying in Ipswich. He appeared before magistrates earlier and was remanded to appear at Ipswich Crown Court on 5 March.
A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Baklasovs died after a serious assault, police said. The man found dead on farmland at Brabling Green near Framlingham, was Jurijs Baklasovs, 43, also a Latvian national who was staying in Ipswich.
