Two more people charged with murdering a man who died after being hit by a vehicle in Kent have appeared in court. Two brothers have appeared in court charged with murdering their uncle, who died after being hit by a car in Kent.

Billy Treeby, 29, and George Treeby, 22, both of Queen Street, Paddock Wood, appeared before Maidstone magistrates and were remanded in custody. His nephews, Billy Treeby, 29, and George Treeby, 22, both of Queen Street, Paddock Wood, were remanded in custody by Maidstone magistrates.
Charity Treeby, 50, of Queen Street, who was related to Jack by marriage, has also been charged with murder. Their mother, Charity Treeby, 50, of Queen Street, was remanded in custody charged with murder on Thursday.
All three are next due to appear in court on 18 January. The brothers also each face a charge of attempting to murder Jack Treeby's brother, Gary Treeby, who suffered bullet wounds and remains in a stable condition in hospital.
