Ms Cumming, who was working as a barmaid, had recently been living with her boyfriend in Dundee's Springhill area, a short distance from where she was killed.

Mr Cumming, a well-known local businessman, said his daughter "loved life and lived it to the full".
She was simply heading home with her boyfriend Val CummingMother
''We are struggling to come to terms with the fact that our daughter's life has been taken away so utterly needlessly," he said.
"Caroline was simply walking home when this appalling incident happened.
''Everyone who knew Caroline will understand what I am saying when I say she was very much an individual, very ambitious and every bit her own person. The whole family is devastated.''
Mrs Cumming, a teacher at Eastern Primary School in Broughty Ferry, said: ''Caroline had been at the Cage nightclub where she worked part-time as part of the bar staff.
"She loved the nightclub and had many friends there. She was simply heading home with her boyfriend.
''We had been for lunch together between Christmas and New Year, as well as going shopping for a dress that she planned to wear last night.
"We didn't get the chance to speak to Caroline after the bells as she had been working. We simply cannot believe that our daughter is gone.''
Teaching plan
Ms Cumming, who leaves a 26-year-old brother Chris, was a former pupil at Eastern Primary School and the High School of Dundee and graduated from Abertay University.
