Man's street death 'suspicious' Two charged over body in street

Police are investigating a suspicious death in Fife after a man's body was found in a street. A man and a woman have been charged in connection with the death of a man whose body was found on a street.
The ambulance service said it was called to an incident in Kings Road, Rosyth, at 0117 GMT where a man was found lying outside a property. An ambulance was called to an incident in Kings Road, Rosyth, Fife, at 0117 GMT on Sunday where a man was found lying outside a property.
A worker at the nearby Elder Lea Guest House said: "One of the residents was found dead outside the guest house." Inspector David Dryburgh, of Fife Police, said two people will appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Fife Constabulary said the investigation was at an early stage and appealed for witnesses. He said inquiries were still continuing and asked for anyone with information to come forward.
Det Supt Gary McEwan, head of crime management, said: "Tragically a man died here today and we are treating the circumstances surrounding his death as suspicious.
"The inquiry is at a very early stage and I would appeal to anyone who, either last night or in the early hours of Sunday morning, saw or heard anything out of the ordinary in Rosyth to contact us."
