A man has been shot dead outside a supermarket in the north of Glasgow. A 28-year-old man has been shot dead outside a supermarket in north Glasgow.
BBC Scotland understands the victim is Kevin 'Gerbil' Carroll, who allegedly had links to organised crime.

Mr Carroll survived a drive-by shooting in East Dunbartonshire in November 2006.
He was targeted, along with a friend, in the Auchinairn area.
Mr Carroll sustained serious stomach wounds in the attack, in which a dog was shot dead.
