Houses at the scene of a multiple shooting in a Monmouthshire village have been sealed off while forensic experts complete their investigation. Police investigating the shooting of two brothers in a Monmouthshire village are trying to find how their neighbour was able to acquire a sawn-off shotgun.

"Anthony had one operation and he's going back down again tomorrow for another operation."
