Version 0 of 1.

A senior prison officer from Northamptonshire has been cleared of placing faeces in the bag of a governor.

Frank McGilway from Corby was charged with criminal damage when one of the governors at Bedford Prison in Bedfordshire found faeces in their bag.

Mr McGilway always denied he had carried out the attack.

Earlier Bedford Magistrates' Court ruled there was not enough evidence and found Mr McGilway not guilty.
