Mr Richmond is described as white, 5ft 11in (1.8m)and is of medium build. The two men disappeared at about 1415 GMT on Saturday.
He has short dark brown hair, brown eyes and a pale complexion. Mr Turner is considered a potential risk to the public because he is no longer in controlled conditions.
