Man threatened with gun at home

A man has been threatened with a handgun during an attempted break-in at his house on the outskirts of Belfast.

The victim disturbed two men as they tried to force their way in through the back door of the property in Glenveagh Court in Poleglass at 0300 GMT.

One of the intruders brandished the weapon causing the victim to fall over.

Police have appealed for help in finding the perpetrators who are described as wearing grey tops and woollen hats.
