The council of a 102-year-old cattle society will later discuss a young woman's alleged naked table-top dance in a shed at the Royal Welsh Show.

The performance was said to have been witnessed by 150 spectators during a late-night party at this summer's show in Llanelwedd.

The Welsh Black Cattle Society (WBCS) launched an official investigation into the incident.

At the time, members said they were outraged.

Witnesses said the woman was hosed down during the performance with water normally used to wash and feed the cattle.

One witness said security guards rushed to the scene but had difficulty grabbing the woman because the water had made her skin slippery.

Another said the woman's underwear, discarded during the act, was returned to her on the end of a pitch fork used to muck out the cattle lines.

'Concerned'

Revellers were celebrating Carmarthenshire abattoir Cig Calon Cymru's new contract with Marks and Spencer, when the young woman climbed on a table and took off her clothes.

The woman, who was an employee of the company, later left her job.

Enzo Sauro, owner of Cig Calon Cymru, which also runs an abattoir in Cross Hands, denies any responsibility for the striptease.

President of the WBCS, Bob Williams, previously said: "We are very concerned and upset about the whole incident.

"It had nothing to do with the Welsh Black Cattle society and 99.9% of its members."

The identity of the woman has not been revealed.
