Search resumes for missing woman Lifeboat joins in woman's search

The search is resuming for a 68-year-old woman missing from a house in Gwynedd since Friday. Lifeboat crews have spent the afternoon looking for a 68-year-old woman missing in Gwynedd since the weekend.

Coastguards, a lifeboat, RAF search and rescue helicopter as well as police and Sarda search and rescue dogs were brought in to help over the weekend. Coxswain Mike Davies said search conditions were good as the crew checked a stretch of coast from Trefor back to Porthdinllaen.
North Wales Police and the Coastguards are also still searching the area.

"The lady's holiday home, which is where they had been staying, is about half an hours walk from the coast but she is known to enjoy the coast and go down there for walks" he said.
