Kenny Richey, 45, was arrested near a house where his son Sean Richey lived in Baxter, Minnesota, on 6 January. Kenny Richey denied he attacked his son, Sean Richey, with a baseball bat and was released on bail until 8 March.
Papers from Crow Wing District Court show Kenny Richey was charged with second degree assault, making threats and domestic assault. It follows the 45-year-old's arrest near a house where his son lived in Baxter, Minnesota, on 6 January.
He was released on bail and is due at a further hearing on 8 March. Crow Wing District Court papers show Sean Richey told police his father grew angry and attacked him after drinking.
