Reward in 'revenge attack' case
http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/england/london/8523392.stm Version 0 of 1. A £20,000 reward has been offered for information after a fatal shooting in south-west London, suspected to be a revenge attack. Anthony Otton, 28, was shot dead in Fulham Court, Fulham, last June, hours after the funeral of a man killed outside Wandsworth Prison in May 2009. Police are investigating whether the killings were linked. Three men were arrested over the death but no-one has been charged. Mr Otton died from a gunshot wound to the heart. Det Ch Insp Howard Groves said: "I have no doubt there are people out there who know who killed Anthony and why. "It takes a great deal of courage to come forward, but to stop gun crime in our community people must have the courage to help and support the police." Two of the men arrested were released with no further action while the third man was bailed until March. |
