Police have recovered stolen vehicles during a search in south Armagh.

A PSNI spokesperson said that following a search on Wednesday and a previous one in November, they have now recovered 34 vehicles in Cullyhanna.

Officers believe that at least 13 of the vehicles were stolen during creeper burglaries in Northern Ireland and the Republic.

Many of the vehicles had been disassembled. One man has been arrested.

The searches took place at premises on Finnegan's Road on 25 November and at Carrickrovaddy Road on Wednesday.
