Part of Tate's Avenue in south Belfast has been closed to traffic because of a fire. A fire at a derelict house in south Belfast is being treated as suspicious, police have said.
The blaze, which was reported at about 0610 GMT on Saturday is on the top floor of a derelict building. Part of Tate's Avenue remains closed to traffic following the fire which was reported at about 0610 GMT on Saturday.
It is understood the blaze was started on the first floor of the property.
Three people were evacuated from an adjoining house by firefighters, but they have now been allowed to return. There are no reports of any injuries.
