Man found dead in station toilets

Police cordoned off the toilet area of Galashiels bus station on Saturday afternoon after the discovery of a man's body.

An ambulance was called to the scene at about 1500 GMT but the 43-year-old was dead when they arrived.

Lothian and Borders Police said inquiries were continuing into the incident.

A spokesman for the force said there did not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
