Dive teams from Central Scotland Police were at the scene. It is understood only the driver was inside the vehicle. The van was pulled from the water at 0130 GMT. The body is thought to have been found later on Thursday morning.

Divers are attempting to recover the body understood to be in the van. A crane will then try to lift the vehicle from the water.
