The Crown Prosecution Service is to announce later whether killer Levi Bellfield is to be charged with the murder of 13-year-old Milly Dowler. A convicted killer is to be charged with the kidnap and murder of 13-year-old Milly Dowler, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has said.
Milly's body was found on Yateley Heath in Hampshire in 2002, six months after she went missing in Walton-on-Thames.

Last year a lake near Heathrow Airport was unsuccessfully searched while scrap dealer Nirmal Gharu was questioned then released without charge.
Bellfield, whose girlfriend once owned a red Daewoo, was first arrested and interviewed over the teenager's death five years ago.
He is already serving a whole life sentence for murdering the two young women, aged 22 and 19, after they got off buses in south-west London.
He was also found guilty of trying to kill Kate Sheedy, then 18, in 2004.
