Families of the three men are holding a private service at RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire. The soldiers were repatriated to RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire before their coffins passed through nearby Wootton Bassett.
The coffins will later be taken through Wootton Bassett where hundreds are expected to pay their respects. Hundreds of people lined the town's streets to pay their respects.
The funeral will also take place later of 31-year-old Capt Martin Driver, from 1st Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment, who died from his injuries when a roadside bomb exploded. Families of the three men earlier held a private service at RAF Lyneham.
The service will be held at St John the Baptist Church in Cudworth, Barnsley.

Capt Driver was seriously injured by an improvised explosive device on 21 February.
He was flown back for treatment at the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine at Selly Oak, in Birmingham, but died later.
