David Cameron has told us momentum is building against what he calls "Gordon Brown's jobs tax". He was speaking on a flight to north west England where he'll talk to businessmen and workers about Conservative plans to scrap Labour's proposed rise in National Insurance contributions, the BBC's Carole Walker says. Simon Hughes says the Lib Dems have the "best chance" at the election at any point in his lifetime. He says his party would support the National Insurance increase but its focus is on reducing tax for the least-well off. He also attacks the Conservatives' promises of political reform, saying their record on the issue has been "hopeless".
