More than 100 jobs at a meat processing company in County Fermanagh have been secured. | |
Tenderlean Meats in Derrylin, which went into administration on Friday has been bought out by a new company. It will now trade as Tenderlean Limited. | |
A spokesman for the new company said "all jobs had been saved through the purchase". | |
He said workers from the Tenderlean shop in Enniskillen would be moving to new roles in the Derrylin factory. | |
The spokesman said the new company was "in the process of securing new contracts". | |
The Tenderlean Meats firm provided beef, lamb and chicken products to leading food retailers and had also diversified into pizzas. | |
Tenderlean Meats Limited's last filed accounts for the year to March 2008 show it made a pre-tax profit of £3,126 compared to £233,922 the year before. |
