The BBC's Carole Walker, in Birmingham at an Islamic relief aid charity with the Conservatives, says Mr Cameron will stay "above the fray" while other Tories target Lib Dem policies - particularly that of joining the Euro, when the economic conditions are right. Tory frontbencher Andrew Mitchell says people will be "looking carefully at what the Liberal Democrats are saying" and says the Tories are putting forward a "relentlessly positive" approach.
