A second man has been charged with the murder of a 16-year-old girl in an east London takeaway.

Agnes Sina-Inakoju was shot through the window of Hoxton Chicken and Pizza, in Hoxton Street, Hackney, on 14 April. She died two days later.

Mohammed Smoured, 21, of Hackney, will appear at Thames Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with murder.

Leon Dunkley, 21, of Hackney, east London, has already been charged with murder.

Mr Dunkley is also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Agnes, who was shot in the neck, was described as a "charismatic, ambitious, loving and caring girl" by her family.

She had visited Oxford University with friends a week before her death.

A 16-year-old boy arrested in connection with the fatal shooting has been released on bail until June.
