1811: The Sunday newspapers have begun releasing their opinion polls to the news media. An Ipsos-Mori poll for the News of the World suggests "Clegg-mania" may be on the wane, with the Lib Dems on 23% (down nine), Labour second with 30% (up two) and the Conservatives in the lead on 36% - up four.
