A third man has been charged with the murder of a woman who was found dying in a north west London street with her hand chopped off.

Harpreet Singh, 20, of Elmwood Road, Slough, Berkshire, is due to appear at Ealing Magistrates' Court on Monday charged with Geeta Aulakh's murder.

The 28-year-old was attacked in Braund Avenue, Greenford in November 2009.

Two other men, including Ms Aulakh's estranged husband Harpreet Aulakh, 31, have also been charged with her murder.

Mr Aulakh and Sher Singh, 18, have already appeared in court over the charge and were remanded in custody to face trial at the Old Bailey on 18 October.

A 29-year-old man questioned in December remains on bail.

Ms Aulakh was attacked as she walked to pick up her two sons from their childminder after leaving work at a community radio station on 16 November.
