She says the BBC's poll of polls - which aggregates results from a host of other surveys - puts the Conservatives on 35%, Labour on 28% and the Lib Dems on 27%. But when you consider that the margin of error is plus or minus 3% for each of those figures - well, it's still all in the balance.
