Version 0 of 1.

Three men have denied inciting another person to commit a terrorist act.

At London's Woolwich Crown Court, Tariq Al-Daourt, 20, Younes Tsouli, 23, and Waseem Mughal, 23, denied inciting murder wholly or partly outside the UK.

Mr Tsouli is also accused of having material on making a car bomb and Mr Mughal of having a DVD on suicide bomber vests. They denied all charges.

Mr Al-Daour denies having a CD Rom disk with information on making explosives and a rocket-propelled grenade.

The incitement charge in full is that the three men are accused of inciting another person to commit an act of terrorism, namely murder, wholly or partly outside the United Kingdom, on or before October 21 last year.

Mr Tsouli and Mr Mughal also denied conspiring to commit murder.

All three men are accused of possessing material useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

Mr Tsouli and Mr Mughal face two charges related to this and Mr Al-Daour faces six charges.

And all three men pleaded not guilty to conspiring to defraud banks, credit card companies and charge card companies.

They were remanded in custody and are expected to stand trial next year.
