Man killed in Spain balcony fall

A 30-year-old man has died in a fall from a hotel balcony in Spain.

Jason Gooch, 30, who lived near Stowmarket, Suffolk, died early on Monday while on holiday in Barcelona, a Foreign Office spokeswoman said.

She added: "It is believed that he fell from his balcony and the death is not being treated as suspicious by the local police."

Mr Gooch, who was single and believed to be a warehouse worker, is thought to have been on holiday with friends.
