'Denies allegations'
Mrs Giblin insists the police should have taken action against Huntley when he allegedly attacked her.
On Monday, her solicitor, Richard Scorer, said Huntley had signed a consent order in the presence of his solicitor, admitting the allegations.
But Huntley's solicitor, Elkan Abrahamson, said his client denied all of the allegations and had agreed to judgement being entered against him only because he had been refused funding to contest the proceedings.
