A 50-year-old woman has died aftershe was stabbed at a house in north Belfast. The 50-year-old woman who died in a stabbing at her north Belfast home was Anne Marie O'Kane.
Her body was discovered at the property on the Antrim Road on Monday morning. Her body was discovered at her flat in North View Apartments on the Antrim Road on Monday after police were contacted by a 51-year-old man.
A 51-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He handed himself into police at Glengormley on Monday morning.
