Ezekiel Amosu death suspects accused of manslaughter

Three youths have been charged with the manslaughter of a 17-year-old boy who was knocked down by a bus in London.

Ezekiel Amosu was thought to have been running from robbers when he was hit by the number 123 bus on Forest Road, in Walthamstow in January.

The three 15-year-olds appeared at Waltham Forest Youth Court accused of attempted robbery but their charges were subsequently upgraded.

They are due to appear at Redbridge Youth Court on 1 June.

In January, another 15-year-old boy was accused of the manslaughter of Ezekiel.

He appeared at Waltham Forest Magistrates' Court and was initially remanded in custody.

He is scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on 17 June.
