Emergency services are responding to reports of an explosion at an oil refinery in west Wales. Emergency services are investigating an explosion and fire at an oil refinery in west Wales.
The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said 10 engines were at the Chevron plant in Pembroke Dock. It is believed there are casualties after a tanker exploded at the Chevron plant in Pembroke at around 1815 BST.

Phil Horne from Milford Haven said he was in his back garden at the time, on the opposite side of the waterway. Eyewitnesses reported hearing a "massive bang" and saw plumes of black smoke following the blast.
