Negotiators attend flat incident Man in custody after disturbance

Police negotiators have been brought in to deal with an incident at a flat in Aberdeen. A man has been taken into custody following an incident at a block of high-rise flats in Aberdeen.
It follows a disturbance on the 7th floor of Kings Court in the Tillydrone district just before 0400 BST. Police negotiators were called in following a disturbance on the seventh floor of Kings Close in the Tillydrone district just before 0400 BST.
Grampian Police said the incident was contained within one flat in the building and they were talking to a man inside. A spokesman for Grampian Police said the incident, which happened in one of the flats, was brought to an end at midday.
Other emergency services were also standing by. Police said this was normal practice in such matters. He added that no-one in the property had been injured.
