A major air and sea search is underway for a missing man, believed to have fallen overboard from his boat off Rathlin Island. The body of a man in his sixties has been recovered from the sea off the County Antrim coast.

Rob Steventon, watch manager of Belfast coastguard, said: "A major search is currently underway, with many other vessels in the area assisting. It was found one mile south-east of Rue Point on Rathlin Island.
"We believe the occupant of the boat may well have fallen overboard as there is rope caught around the propeller."
