Six people died after two lorries collided on the M25 motorway in Surrey, police have said. Six people died in accident involving a lorry on the M25 motorway in Surrey.
Several people were also injured in the accident, which happened at about 0215 BST between junctions nine and eight, Leatherhead and Reigate. The accident happened at about 0215 BST when a lorry and a minibus collided, Surrey Ambulance Service said.
It happened on the anti-clockwise section of the motorway. Several people were also hurt in the crash on the anti-clockwise direction between junctions nine and eight, Leatherhead and Reigate.
All four lanes of the motorway are expected to remain closed until midday. Lane four on the clockwise carriageway is also closed.
