A 26-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murders of three men hit by a car while guarding shops from looters in Birmingham. A 17-year-old youth and a man, aged 26, have appeared in court charged with the murders of three men hit by a car in Winson Green, Birmingham.

Joshua Donald, from Ladywood, confirmed his age and address and was committed to Birmingham Crown Court where he will appear before a judge on Monday. Joshua Donald, from Kelsall Croft, Ladywood, and the teenager from Winson Green, who cannot be named, will appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday.
A 17-year-old boy from Winson Green is also due to appear before magistrates. Neither of them spoke apart from to confirm their details.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also charged with murder. The three men were killed as they protected businesses from looters in Winson Green.
