Officers were called to the Broadway in Bexleyheath at about 08:30 BST on Monday to reports of an assault. Police said an attacker, who was also female, entered the Asda shop on the Broadway in Bexleyheath at 08:30 BST on Monday and "obtained" a knife.
London Ambulance workers treated the more seriously injured woman but she died at the scene. A third woman has been arrested. She stabbed a 23-year-old woman at a bus stop, leaving her with minor injuries, but was then disarmed.
It is not yet known whether the three women knew each other. Following this she got hold of a second knife from another shop and killed a 59-year-old. A woman, 32, was arrested.

An employee at the nearby Rose pub said she believed a blade was taken from the neighbouring British Meat Market ahead of the killing. There was "no information to suggest the victims are known to each other of the suspect", said Det Supt Keith Niven of the Metropolitan Police, which has begun a murder investigation.
Knife recovered "Thankfully incidents of this nature are rare and the suspect was arrested at the scene shortly after," he added.
