A crash involving two cars and a lorry has caused major delays on the M6 motorway in Cheshire. A jack-knifed lorry which impacted five cars has caused major delays on the M6 motorway in Cheshire.

Traffic on both carriageways has been affected and the southbound carriageway has been completely closed, with diversions in place. There were no other casualties.
The emergency services had to deal with an extensive oil spill over the northbound carriageway.
