The woman faces a charge of failing to disclose information relating to last year's 21 July alleged incident. She is accused of helping one alleged conspirator evade arrest in connection with the July 21 incident.
Two men, aged 19 and 24, who were also arrested on 27 September in connection with the alleged attempted attack, have been released without charge. Two men, aged 19 and 24, who were arrested at the same time as the woman, have been freed.
The woman, who was charged on Tuesday, has not yet been named. The woman will appear before Westminster Magistrates on a charge of assisting an offender and failing to disclose information.
