Man arrested over William McKenzie's death in Glasgow

A man has been arrested in connection with the death of another man in the Knightswood area of Glasgow earlier this week.

William McKenzie, 56, was attacked in the middle of the day, at 12:55, on Tuesday in Rotherwood Avenue.

He was taken to the Western Infirmary where he later died from his injuries.

A 30-year-old man has been detained in police custody and is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
