The Lancashire force has appealed for anyone who has been in contact with Mr Bolton, 42, in the past six months to get in touch with officers. | |
Det Insp Graham Coates said: "Stuart lived alone but was well known in the Chorley area. | |
"The last sightings that we have got are around the May or June time." | |
He added: "He was a character in the area and people would know him if they saw him on the street." |
