Up to 190 jobs could be created in Bangor, Gwynedd, by a computer gaming company moving to the city. A computer gaming company which has recently moved to Bangor, Gwynedd, has promised to create 190 jobs in the next three years.

The support centre could employ up to 190 people Ted Robinson, from the Inspired Gaming Group said the figure of 190 was the "minimum" number of jobs the company had budgeted for.
Inspired said on Thursday that it also planned to develop its software technology at the new Bangor site. He said that initially the company had intended Bangor to be a support centre, but it was now planning to use the site to develop software technology as well. "We're now, because of the quality of the individuals that we are interviewing... bringing software development jobs here as well," he explained.
Luke Alvarez, co-chief executive officer at Inspired, said: "We are a rapidly growing company with global ambitions and we need a single operations support centre to control and maintain our open server-based entertainment and gaming (SBG) network. "We see 190 as our minimum figure, rather than our maximum," he added.
"We have begun recruitment and are currently looking for a range of skills, as well as some staff with linguistic abilities to cater for our overseas operations." The company's expansion will be supported by a Welsh assembly government regional selective assistance grant.
