The US jobless figures are out today and show American unemployment pretty much uncahnged at 8.3% - nearly down to the 8.2% Barack Obama inherited in February 2009. | |
The US added another 277,000 jobs last month, and there are now 12.8m unemployed people in the States - 0.8% -points below the rate in August last year. | |
