According to their websites they are all planning on running a normal service on Monday but warned passengers there could still be some minor delays due to the icy conditions.
Leeds Bradford remained open but according to its website the adverse weather conditions "may cause some disruption to flight schedules". Greater Anglia said it would be running its trains at a maximum speed of 60mph to ensure snow and ice did not build up on the underside of the trains.
Air passengers have been advised to contact their airline for more information. The Heathrow Connect service was suspended but is now operating normally.
Police in Suffolk said conditions are dangerous and that it dealt with 60 incidents on the roads overnight. In London, on the underground network, the Central line had severe delays after a train broke down in the snow on Saturday night.
In North Yorkshire police said there had been around 60 minor road collisions across the county since Saturday afternoon.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a crew returning to their base at Robin Hood's Bay on Saturday afternoon had helped several motorists who had become stuck in "severe" snow drifts.
Rail services were also affected, with disruption set to continue.
Southern Railway said trains were subject to delay and cancellation, with journey times extended by up to 30 minutes.
In London on the underground network the Central line had severe delays after a train broke down in the snow.
