Four crews of firefighters from Scunthorpe and Winterton stations were called to the crash.
A fire brigade spokesman said: "Many of the injured were attended to at the scene and were then taken to hospital by a second smaller coach.
"A fleet of ambulances have taken the more seriously injured to hospital."
